GD Property Solicitors is a law firm of the current times with large investments already made into technology based systems to make property transactions easy for our customers, with the mindset of putting our customers at the front of everything we do.

We are experienced in all types of conveyancing from basic house sales, purchases and re-mortgages as well as technical types such as Help to Buy and Shared Ownership transactions. We also have vast experience in dealing with Flats and New builds.
